Future of the Order Forum
The Future of the Order (FOTO) Forum brings together young adult members of OSDIA (ages 21-40) to discuss and shape   the future of our community. This platform allows you to connect with peers, share your ideas on Italian American culture and leadership, and make a lasting impact on OSDIA’s growth and legacy.
Future of the Order Forum (Ages 21–40)
The Future of the Order (FOTO) Forum brings together OSDIA members ages 21–40 who are ready to take an active role in shaping the Order’s future. Rooted in Italian-American heritage and guided by a spirit of service, the Forum creates space for members to learn, contribute, and lead with purpose.
FOTO is an application-based program that brings together a committed group of members who share responsibility for advancing OSDIA’s mission. Through collaboration, discussion, and shared experience, the Forum provides the perspective, resources, and inspiration needed to make a lasting impact within OSDIA and in local communities.
A Pathway to Leadership
The Future of the Order Forum offers members an opportunity to deepen their involvement and step up to greater leadership within OSDIA. Participants are encouraged to share ideas, engage thoughtfully with the challenges and opportunities facing the Order, and help shape how OSDIA continues to serve future generations.
Applications for the 2027 FOTO Forum will be open to OSDIA members ages 21–40 who are interested in strengthening the Order through leadership, service, and collaboration.
What Is the Future of the Order Forum?
The FOTO Forum is a leadership-focused gathering held in conjunction with OSDIA’s biennial national conventions. The Forum will next take place at the 60th Biennial National Convention in Albany, NY from August 10-14, 2027. Each forum brings together members from across the country for guided dialogue, shared learning, and direct engagement with OSDIA’s structure and mission.
The Forum is designed to help participants better understand the Order, contribute thoughtfully to its direction, and develop the confidence and insight needed to lead within OSDIA at the local, state, and national levels.
As part of the forum, you will:
- Engage in meaningful discussions about the future of OSDIA and Italian American culture
- Share ideas and recommendations with the Supreme Lodge
- Connect with leaders from national and state organizations
